Data we process
- Contact form/direct contact: name, email, phone, chosen course/topic, message.
- Online course payments: at checkout Stripe collects name, email, phone, billing/shipping address (where required) and card details. We do not see or store card numbers; we only receive payment confirmation, the last four digits, and the data the customer entered at checkout.
- Server security logs (IP/time/user-agent) kept briefly to protect the service.
- Language preference cookie to remember the chosen language.
Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to requests sent via form, email, or phone (pre-contract/legitimate interest).
- Process online course payments via Stripe and issue receipts/invoices (contract performance and legal obligations).
- Protect the site and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- Remember your language preference with a technical cookie (necessary for the service).
Retention
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to reply and up to 12 months. Payment records and related fiscal documentation are kept for the periods required by Italian tax and accounting law (typically 10 years). Security logs are kept up to 30 days. The language cookie lasts 12 months.
