Procida, at the heart of the Med
Sail among world-class sceneryFew schools are lucky enough to train where the world comes to marvel. Our base is Procida, one of the Mediterranean’s most evocative islands, home to Corricella (a UNESCO-listed gem). Just a few miles away lie Ischia—the “green island” with beaches, vineyards, and pine forests—and Capri, iconic and beyond introduction.
From Procida, our RYA itineraries reach the Pontine Islands: Ventotene with its volcanic cliffs and Roman history, Santo Stefano with its Bourbon panopticon prison, and the celebrated Ponza and Palmarola. Longer runs take us along the Amalfi Coast, where Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi shine even brighter when seen from the sea—brought to life by our instructors’ local stories.

How to reach us
Procida, Italy (practical base)
Fly into Napoli-Capodichino, then reach the ports: hydrofoils from Molo Beverello, ferries from Calata Porta di Massa (a short walk apart). Airport to the ports is about 7 km; Napoli Centrale to the ports is ~20 minutes on foot or ~€13 by taxi.
Procida sits ~15 NM from Naples. Ferries run all year (about 60 minutes), hydrofoils about 35 minutes. Our base is in the Marina just past the church and ~200 metres from the ferry dock.
For ferry times, accommodation, restaurants, and Procida culture, download the VISIT PROCIDA app or visit visitprocida.com.
